4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In your email, include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos or videos showing the problem. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, and we will be responsible for any related shipping costs.
5. Inspection of Returned Items
Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item to confirm:

6. Refunds

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for your purchase.
