We understand that plans may change, so we offer an option to cancel your order under the conditions outlined below.
1. Cancellation Period
You may request to cancel your order before it enters the processing stage. Orders typically begin processing within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your order is still in a pending state, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

- Reason for cancellation (optional)
We will reply within 24 hours to confirm whether your order can still be cancelled. If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Partial Cancellation
If your order contains multiple items and some items have not yet been shipped, you may request to cancel only the items that have not been dispatched.
The refund rules for a partial cancellation are the same as for a full cancellation: the refund amount will be calculated based on the value of the cancelled items and will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item after it arrives, please follow our Refund Policy to submit a return request.
