1. Exchange Request Period
You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted after 14 days may not be accepted, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need an exchange.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is in new condition or lightly used.
- All accessories are complete.
- No obvious signs of heavy wear, stains, odors, or damage.
- The item is suitable for resale.
If an item is severely worn, damaged, missing accessories, or otherwise unsuitable for resale, we may decline the exchange request.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

- The item(s) you would like to exchange
- The reason for the exchange (optional)
We will respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
4. Price Differences
When the replacement item has a different price than the original item, the following rules apply:
- If the replacement item is more expensive, you will be asked to pay the price difference before the exchange order is shipped.
- If the replacement item is less expensive, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Preparing and Returning the Item
After receiving our exchange instructions by email, you must send the item back within 7 days to the return address provided. Please follow these steps:
- Carefully re-pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Print and attach your own return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your records.
- Unauthorized returns (items sent back without approval) may be refused or experience processing delays.

6. Shipping Costs
Regardless of the reason for the exchange, all shipping costs related to the exchange will be covered by us.
7. Processing Time for Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item and complete a basic review to confirm eligibility, we will process your exchange and ship the replacement item within 5 business days.
If the requested replacement item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, such as choosing a different item, waiting for restock, or adjusting the order.
8. When an Exchange Cannot Be Processed
We may be unable to process an exchange in the following situations:
- The exchange request is submitted after the 14-day period.
- The returned item is severely worn, damaged, contaminated, or missing accessories.
- The package is returned without prior authorization and cannot be matched to an exchange request.
- Multiple unreasonable or excessive exchange requests are submitted for the same order.
- The item’s condition makes it unsuitable for resale.
