We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to H.K. territories or any international destinations at this time.

We work with the following carriers to deliver your order:

- UPS
The system will automatically select the most suitable carrier based on your shipping address and current logistics conditions.
4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

After dispatch, the estimated shipping time is 5 to 13 business days
6. Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time includes order processing time plus shipping time. In most cases, the overall timeframe is approximately 7 to 17 business days.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to factors such as carrier capacity issues, traffic or weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, or other logistics-related reasons. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to provide updated information, but the actual transit progress is ultimately determined by the carrier.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (storms, floods, earthquakes), government actions, transportation disruptions, strikes, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or carrier system failures. Where possible, we will assist you in obtaining the latest tracking information from the carrier.
9. Shipping Fees
Our shipping fee policy is as follows:
- Flat shipping fee: USD $12 per order
- Free shipping for orders of USD $99 or more (after discounts, before tax)
The free shipping offer applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
10. Shipping Protection
All packages include basic shipping protection. If your package is lost, severely damaged, or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the tracking status update and provide your order number, tracking number, and relevant photos or videos. After verification with the carrier, we may offer a replacement shipment, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the specific situation.
11. Duties and Taxes
Because we ship only within the United States, no international customs duties apply to your order. Any applicable state or local sales taxes will be displayed at checkout and included in the final order amount.
12. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your name, complete shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate and up to date; any delivery failures, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be the responsibility of the customer.
